Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchases, but if you need to return an item, please see our returns policy below.
- If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact our Sales Desk using the Contact Us page detailing the original order number and reason for return. Once authorised, you will be issued with a return number; this must be made clear on the returned parcel.
- If goods are received damaged, please provide the order number and photos within 3 days of delivery using the Contact Us page
- If an item is returned as no longer required or incorrectly ordered by a customer, then a 50% handling charge may be applied. Items are returned at your own cost.
- Returned goods must be in a saleable condition in the original packaging. Once inspected, if they are not, then you may not be entitled to a full credit.
- If goods are faulty, please contact us using the Contact Us page
- Items authorised for return must be returned to E. P. Barrus within 14 days. A refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of products into our warehouse
- Any products returned without a returns number will delay the returns process.
- We aim to deal with all returns in a timely manner.
